The mini-album "Stern Grandpa Freud" tells about the difficulties of interpersonal relationships, especially in a creative environment. All the songs were invented in 2019, but the last verse "Наші душі (На шматки!)" was only written on New Year's Eve 2022, and the instrumental parts of this song were created just before recording (the guitar part "Суворий дідо Фрейд (Ти далека, як лелека)" was also formed at that time as well as the final structure of all the songs).

Initially, a full-length album with the same name and the same theme was planned. As can be seen from the talking-head video, where Szysztof shared his plans for the beginning of 2020, the tracklist was never fully formed, but also included songs in Russian and English. A fragment of one of these songs can be heard on Instagram. However, none of the songs that were not included in the mini-album were finished.

The album was recorded mainly in mid-February 2025. Initially, it was planned to release the album on February, 14 on Valentine's Day, then on May 6th on Sigmund Freud's birthday. But re-recordings and editing continued until May, 27. In the end, a little-known holiday was chosen as the release date for the album - the Kissing Day.
